December Update

Released 05/01/2022, this recent update contains the following developments:


Student

- Funding Templates - Clone Template option added

- Attendance Tracking - Status filter added

- Parent Logon usage report added

- Bulk Edit - Ability to set Staff Links to remove


Sessions

- Session Allocator added to Navigation. This area was originally worked on with a specific College and is now released for general use. The Session Allocator screen will allow you to view Sessions in Calendar View by Room, Building, Staff, Student, as well as create Sessions, change people in the Sessions and see a Staffs remaining available hours.


Staff

- Holiday Requests can now be edited or cancelled by the requester (up to 7 days before)

- Holiday Requests now have more Entitlement checks based on allowance

- Rota Manager - Shift Leaders display at top on all blocks


Event Log

- New 'Prompt Student' option added, allowing the Student field to be an optional field

- When recording Target achievement, the evidence text uses the Details field of the event by default

- Printing to Template - Historic fields are printed if previously removed to accommodate older Events


Student Portal

- Following the forum where the new version was discussed, we have now implemented many changes towards this and we are looking for more users to trial this, please do get in touch if interested.


Other

- General Addresses in Standard Values - Live Placement filter added
