Released 01/06/2021, this recent update includes the following developments: Holiday Entitlement Templates

This is a large development released to allow the system to automatically create Holiday Entitlement records for staff each year. You can access the setup screen via Staff -> Absence Manager -> View -> Holiday Entitlement Templates.


From here, you can specify multiple templates based on either Job Title or Category. You can then specify the month to renew, number of days they are entitled to, days to carry over etc, and whether to use the existing entitlement set on their record for the year before. Each day as Databridge applies updates, it will run against these templates to create the next years entitlement record accordingly. Contact us if you'd like more information on this development.


Emergency Contact Preferences

In Standard Values, there is now an option under Learner Values to set Emergency Contact Questions. This works with a new area under Learner Contacts to specify preferences for whether to contact Emergency contacts under the columns: Always Ask, Prompt and Never.


This will let you determine individual preferences as to whether they wish for people to be contacted under certain circumstances.


Evidencing Module - Scoring

The Evidencing screen now provides a dropdown for setting the Score for the Target when adding Achievements/Observations.


Reports

New Application Visits report added to Learner common reports.

Start Date and Excel option added to Job Title/Salary report on Staff common reports.
